How to use it

What's in each sachet?
Each daily sachet of tablets provides 3,200mg D-aspartic acid, 500mg tribulus extract, 500mg fenugreek seed extract, 400mg maca root extract, 200mg ashwagandha, 100mg Coleus forskohlii, 100mg Polygonum root (25mg resveratrol) and 50mg rhodiola. It also adds 50µg vitamin D3 and 100µg vitamin K2.
Will Test Pak raise my testosterone?
We can't promise that: D-aspartic acid, tribulus, fenugreek and the adaptogens have no authorised health claims in the UK. The authorised claims come from the vitamins: vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function, and vitamin K to the maintenance of normal bones.
How do I take it?
One sachet a day with a meal and plenty of water. The tin holds 30 sachets, so one BAD ASS Test Pak lasts 30 days.
Is 50µg of vitamin D a lot?
It's 2,000 IU, or 1,000% of the reference intake; that's within the 100µg adult upper limit but five times the NHS's suggested 10µg a day. Don't take another vitamin D supplement alongside Test Pak without adding up your total.
Who shouldn't take it?
The label says it isn't intended for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Because it contains ashwagandha, Coleus forskohlii and fenugreek, check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take any regular medication or have a medical condition.
I'm a drug-tested athlete. Can I use it?
Test Pak doesn't carry an Informed Sport logo on the images we've seen, so check every ingredient against your federation's rules before using it.
Test Pak or Applied Nutrition TEST-X?
Test Pak puts the day's tablets in one grab-and-go sachet with 50µg vitamin D3; Applied Nutrition TEST-X, which we also stock, is 120 vegan capsules taken four a day and includes zinc. Both contain D-aspartic acid, fenugreek, ashwagandha and maca, so choose one rather than stacking them.
