It's a four-form stack, not plain monohydrate: each 5.7g scoop has a 5g matrix of 2,000mg creatine monohydrate, 1,500mg tri-creatine malate, 1,000mg magnesium creatine chelate and 500mg creatine hydrochloride. Together they supply about 4,177mg of creatine itself.
Does one scoop give enough creatine?
Yes — about 4.2g of creatine per scoop is above 3g a day, the intake at which creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. One scoop a day covers it.
How do I take it, and how long does a tub last?
BAD ASS directions are one 5.7g scoop in about 150ml of water before training. The 300g tub holds 52 servings, so roughly seven weeks at one scoop a day.
Do I need a loading phase?
No — BAD ASS Crea is dosed as one scoop a day, and taking it every day, rest days included, is what matters. Missing an occasional day won't undo weeks of use.
Is it sugar-free?
