Which amino acids does it contain?
19, including all nine essential amino acids. Per 10 tablets that's 1,790mg BCAAs (825mg leucine, 440mg isoleucine, 525mg valine), 800mg lysine, 1,670mg glutamic acid and 1,435mg glycine.
Is it suitable for vegetarians?
No — the tub names whey and beef amino peptides as its sources, so it isn't vegetarian or vegan. The whey also means it contains milk.
How should I take the tablets?
Ten tablets are one serving, swallowed with water. The panel we've seen gives no timing, so fit them around training or a meal and drink plenty with them.
Can they replace a protein shake?
Not really: 10 tablets give 12g of protein, about half a scoop of BAD ASS Whey. They're a portable top-up, and protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass whichever way you take it.
How long does a tub last?
