Suggested use
Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 4 capsules daily with 8 oz of your beverage of choice. Best when taken 30 minutes before working out.

Delivery & Returns
We dispatch on the same working day if your order is placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm, or on a non-working day will be dispatched on the following working day.
