How much do I take, and how long does the bottle last?
2 tablespoons (30ml, one capful) a day, mixed into water or juice or taken straight; shake well first. The 887ml bottle of Liquid Immunity+ holds 30 servings, so it lasts one adult a month.
What does it actually do?
Vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc each contribute to the normal function of the immune system, and vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Elderberry has no authorised UK claim, so it's listed for its amount only.
Can children take it?
The label gives an adult serving only, with no children's dose. A capful of Liquid Immunity+ is a full adult amount of vitamin C and zinc, so ask your pharmacist about a product made for your child's age.
Does it need to go in the fridge?
