Your questions, answered
How much do I use?
One squeeze (0.625ml) is a serving, and the 50ml bottle holds 80 of them. Start with a single squeeze in a mug of coffee or a bowl of porridge, taste, then add more — it's far sweeter than sugar.
What's in SweetLeaf French Vanilla?
Four ingredients: organic glycerin, purified water, organic natural flavours and organic monk fruit extract. There's no stevia, erythritol or artificial sweetener in the bottle.
Does it fit keto?
Yes — the label lists 0 calories, 0g carbohydrate and 0g sugars per squeeze, so it suits keto and low-carb eating. If you manage diabetes, talk to your GP or diabetes team about your diet as a whole rather than any single product.
How does monk fruit taste next to stevia?
Monk fruit has a rounder, fruitier sweetness, and many people who pick up a liquorice-like note from stevia prefer it. The French Vanilla flavour is made for coffee, lattes, overnight oats and plain yoghurt.
How long does it keep once opened?
SweetLeaf prints "for best quality use within 30 days of opening" on the bottle. 80 squeezes in 30 days works out at two or three a day, about right for a daily coffee habit.
Which other flavours do you stock?
SweetLeaf Liquid Monk Fruit also comes in English Toffee, Caramel Macchiato, Almond Amaretto, Orange Passion, Old Fashioned Lemonade, Strawberry Guava and Clear, all 80-serving bottles. For baking, SweetLeaf Granular Monk Fruit Sweetener is the spoonable option.
