How to use it

How long does the 7kg bag last?
About 70 servings of 100g: ten weeks at one shake a day, or five weeks at two. That's why lifters on a long bulk choose the bag over the 3kg tub.
What does each shake add to my day?
Around 392kcal, 30g protein, 60g carbohydrate and 3.5g fat per 100g serving, roughly a small meal on top of your food. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass.
Will a gainer just make me fat?
It depends on your total intake and training: Anabolic Mass works by adding calories. Start with one shake a day, weigh yourself weekly and add a second only if the scale isn't moving.
Which proteins and carbs are in it?
A blend of whey protein concentrate, whey isolate, hydrolysed whey (Optipep) and hydrolysed casein (PeptoPro) with buttermilk; the carbohydrate comes from maltodextrin and glucose. It contains milk and soy.
Does it replace my creatine?
No — about 750mg creatine monohydrate per 100g on the label copies we checked, under the 3g a day the authorised creatine claim needs. Keep taking a separate creatine such as LEVRONE Levro Mono if you use one.
How do I keep a big bag fresh?
Close the zip seal after every scoop, use a dry scoop and keep the bag somewhere cool and dry; damp air makes powder clump. Squeezing out the air before sealing helps too.
