Delivery Information

We are thrilled to announce that all orders will now be shipped with our 24h tracked delivery service for just £3.59 or with our Special Delivery service.

We prioritise your order for dispatch: we dispatch on the same working day if your order is placed before 3pm (UK) / 1pm (EU). Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be dispatched on the following working day. Please note: Specific times mentioned in the service options below refer to the cutoff times for orders.

Please note: The delivery time is estimated by the carrier and delays may occur. In the event that your package is lost or delayed, please allow 10 working days before a replacement can be sent out. This is the time requested by the carrier before a claim can be made. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

UK Next Day Delivery

All orders for the Next Day Delivery must be placed before 3pm to ensure the quickest delivery time. We realise how important it is to receive your order as quickly as possible, but during busy periods the delivery time might be affected.

International Delivery

Our prices do not include local taxes and import duty – you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges when the delivery reaches your country. You should also take steps to confirm that the goods you order can be imported to your country.

When orders dispatched internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
