How do I use Ultra Lyte Electrolyte Drops?
Shake the bottle, then add 2.5ml (half a teaspoon, about 24 drops) to 1 litre of water and sip it through the day. For a lighter top-up, the label suggests 4 drops in a glass.
How long does the 240ml bottle last?
96 days at the full 2.5ml a day, which is the 96-day supply printed on the front of the Ultra Lyte bottle. Using the 4-drop glass dose stretches it much further.
What's in the drops?
Purified water, ionic trace minerals from Utah's Great Salt Lake (magnesium, sulphate, sodium, potassium and boron), potassium chloride and citric acid. There's no sugar and there are no calories, colours or preservatives.
Will it make my water taste salty?
Barely, at the litre dilution: the drops are unflavoured and taste naturally subtle once spread through 1 litre of water. Added in larger amounts to a small glass, the mineral taste comes through, so dilute generously.
Is it keto and vegan friendly?
Yes. The bottle says keto friendly, zero calories and sugar-free, and Ultra Lyte lists the drops as suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
