What's actually in Beauty Body Shaper?
Two capsules give 204 mg L-carnitine, 109 mg green tea extract (55% EGCG), 105 mg caffeine and 100 mg yerba mate, plus 56 mg ashwagandha and 50 mg each of rhodiola, bitter orange, Korean ginseng and cayenne extracts. Ten vitamins and chromium are each at 100% of the reference intake.
How do I take it?
One capsule twice a day, each with about 200 ml of water, preferably during a meal and never on an empty stomach. Don't take it before bedtime, and don't use it for more than 3 months.
How long does the tub last?
45 days. Trec Beauty Body Shaper holds 90 capsules and the daily portion is two.
How much caffeine does it contain?
Beauty Body Shaper has 105 mg per two-capsule daily portion, about the same as a mug of filter coffee. The label says not to combine it with other caffeine products or other green tea supplements, and to keep EGCG under 800 mg a day.
What do the vitamins do?
Niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, vitamins C, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and chromium and biotin contribute to normal macronutrient metabolism. The plant extracts have no authorised claims, and no capsule replaces diet and training.
Who shouldn't take Beauty Body Shaper?
The label rules it out for pregnant or breastfeeding women and under-18s, and for anyone taking sedatives, sleeping pills, anti-epileptic drugs, or medicines for high blood pressure or diabetes. It may contain milk, soy, gluten, fish and peanuts.
