How much of each B vitamin is in one capsule?
Each Trec Vitamin B Complex capsule gives 20mg each of thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and pantothenic acid, 10mg vitamin B6, 160µg folic acid, and 20µg each of vitamin B12 and biotin. On top sit 20mg inositol, 20mg PABA and 8.2mg choline.
How many do I take, and how long does the tub last?
One capsule a day, ideally with a meal, so the 60 capsules last two months.
What do the B vitamins in it do?
Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, B12 and biotin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, folate and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Is 10mg of vitamin B6 a day safe?
One capsule gives exactly 10mg, the amount the NHS says is unlikely to cause harm when taken daily from supplements. Don't add another B6 supplement on top unless your GP or pharmacist advises it.
Why is my urine bright yellow?
That's riboflavin (vitamin B2). Each capsule has 20mg, more than your body uses at once, and the excess turns urine a harmless bright yellow.
