How do I take Nature's Answer Black Walnut?
The label suggests ½–1ml (14–28 drops) three times a day in a small amount of water, shaking the bottle first. At the full amount a bottle lasts about 10 days, at the lower amount about 20.
Does it contain alcohol?
Yes — this is an organic alcohol extract containing 12–15% certified organic alcohol, with purified water and vegetable glycerin. Bear that in mind if you avoid alcohol for religious, health or medication reasons.
What is black walnut traditionally used for?
The green hulls of the American black walnut tree have a long history in North American and Western herbal traditions. There are no authorised health claims for black walnut in the UK, so we describe what's in the bottle rather than promise effects.
