Arnicare Leg Cramps by Boiron is a homeopathic medicine for the temporary relief of day and night muscle cramps, stiffness, and fatigue in the calves, legs, thighs, and arms. Scientifically formulated with three plant-based active ingredients — Arnica montana 9C, Sarcolacticum acidum 3C, and Zincum oxydatum 3C — each targeting a distinct aspect of cramping. The lemon-flavoured chewable tablets can be taken before, during, or after exercise without water. Pack contains three portable tubes of 11 tablets each.
