Does Multivitamin mean the gel is a multivitamin?
No — Multivitamin is the flavour, the mixed-fruit 'multivitamin juice' taste. Apart from its carbohydrates, the Trec Energy Gel adds only vitamin B6 and magnesium, not a full vitamin range.
What's in Trec Energy Gel?
Four carbohydrates (including dextrose, fructose and maltodextrin), MCT oil, an amino blend with beta-alanine, L-carnitine, L-arginine and citrulline malate, plus magnesium, salt, vitamin B6 and fruit juice concentrates. Each sachet holds 40g.
Does it contain caffeine?
No — the sachet is marked caffeine free, so it works for evening sessions or if you already get caffeine from coffee or a pre-workout.
When should I take it?
One 40g sachet before or during exercise; shake it and take it as soon as it's opened. Don't have more than three sachets (120g) in a day.
Can I mix flavours on a long event?
Yes — we also stock Trec Energy Gel 40g in Orange and Forest Fruit. Rotating two or three flavours on a long run or ride helps if one taste gets tiring.
Who shouldn't use it?
The label says it's not intended for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. It may contain traces of milk, soya, wheat, barley, oats, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Order before 3:45pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Order before 12pm Saturday for Saturday dispatch.
Weekend orders
