Morning me needs a kick, evening me needs to switch off - how does Day/Night split the work?
Two different capsules: the day formula fronts 300mg of vitamin C, B vitamins and a modest 44mg of caffeine from guarana for the morning; the night formula gives 187.5mg magnesium and 15mg zinc for the evening - and magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and to normal psychological function.
Is 44mg of caffeine a lot?
It's about half a cup of coffee - a nudge, not a jolt. Still, take the day capsule in the morning only, and count it in your daily caffeine total alongside coffee and pre-workouts. Not one for under-18s or pregnancy.
Why zinc and magnesium at night?
It's the classic evening mineral pairing for training men - magnesium for muscle function and fatigue, and zinc, which contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Taking them away from the morning dose also avoids absorption clashes.
This or the regular Multipack?
