What's in Mullein Lung Complex?
Each 2-tablet serving holds a 1.7 g blend of nine herbs: platycodon root, ophiopogon rhizome, long pepper fruit, wild cherry bark, cassia bark, elecampane root extract, mullein leaf, liquorice root extract and ginger rhizome extract. The label gives the 850 mg per tablet total but not the amount of each herb.
How do I take it?
Two tablets twice a day, between meals, per the US label. That's four tablets a day, so the 90-tablet bottle lasts about 22 days.
Is mullein the main ingredient?
Not by weight. US labels list blend ingredients from most to least, and Mullein Lung Complex puts platycodon and ophiopogon first, with mullein leaf seventh; Planetary Herbals describes it as a mullein and wild cherry bark compound in the Chinese and Western herbal tradition.
What will it do for me?

Can I take it if I'm pregnant or have high blood pressure?
