Each vcap provides the full B-vitamin spectrum in a single daily capsule: Thiamin (B1, 25mg), Riboflavin (B2, 25mg), Niacin (B3, 25mg), Vitamin B6 as both Pyridoxine HCl and active P-5-P (35mg total), Folate as Quatrefolic (6S)-5-MTHF (680mcg DFE) - the most bioavailable form of folate, particularly important for those with MTHFR variants - Methylcobalamin B12 (100mcg), Biotin (300mcg), and Pantothenic Acid (100mg) with additional Pantethine.
