How to use
Adults start with 10 drops daily (days 1-3), increasing gradually to 40 drops daily (2.5 mL) spread throughout the day. For children aged 1-3, use 1 drop per 5 lbs of body weight. For remineralizing water, add 20-40 drops per gallon or adjust to taste. Refrigeration is not required.

What does a full serving of ConcenTrace contain?
40 drops (½ teaspoon, 2.5ml) give 250mg magnesium, which is 67% of the reference intake, plus 650mg chloride, 40mg sulphate, 3mg potassium, 1mg boron and only 5mg sodium. The only ingredient is concentrated Great Salt Lake seawater.
How do I work up to 40 drops?
The glass-bottle label suggests 10 drops a day in week 1, 20 in week 2, 30 in week 3 and up to 40 from week 4, adding about 5 drops at a time as tolerated. Mix them into a drink at mealtimes and keep the bottle out of the fridge.
What does the magnesium do?
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. At the full 40 drops ConcenTrace supplies two-thirds of the daily reference intake.
Can I use it to remineralise filtered water?
Yes — our listing suggests 20–40 drops per US gallon (about 3.8 litres) of filtered or reverse-osmosis water, adjusted to taste. If you drink all of that water yourself, count those drops towards your daily total.
Any side effects?
The label warns that a high intake of magnesium may have a laxative effect; if that happens, cut back the number of drops. That's why the four-week build-up exists.
Is ConcenTrace halal and vegan?
The glass-bottle label carries IFANCA halal and Non-GMO Project Verified marks, and with seawater concentrate as the only ingredient there's nothing of animal origin.
How long does the 118ml glass bottle last?
