How to use it
Adults and children 12 years and older - Dissolve 2-3 tablets under the tongue before bed to fall asleep, stay asleep and relieve leg cramps. If the initial dosage is not providing relief, dissolve 2-3 tablets under the tongue every 15 minutes, for up to 6 doses.

How do I use it?

Are there any warnings?

Leg Cramps PM is the night formulation of Hyland's classic - traditionally used within homeopathy for leg cramps and the restless, disturbed sleep that comes with them. The daytime version targets cramps alone; PM is blended for the bedtime picture.
How do I take it in the middle of the night?
Dissolve the tablets under the tongue as the label directs - they're small, quick-dissolving and need no water, so a dose is easy even in the middle of the night. Follow the pack's dosing table and ask a pharmacist if unsure.
Will it leave me groggy at breakfast?
It's a homeopathic preparation, not a sedating sleep drug, so there's no conventional sedative in it to hang over. It's traditionally used for the cramp-and-sleep picture rather than as a knockout tablet.
My cramps are becoming constant - is that still a self-care matter?
Frequent or worsening cramps, or cramps with swelling or skin changes, deserve a GP review to rule out underlying causes - circulation and some medicines can be involved. Use this within its tradition and always read the label.
