Each Lindens Wild Yam Tablet contains a concentrated, standardised extract of Mexican Wild Yam (dioscorea villosa), equivalent to 500mg whole dried root, and standardised to provide 6% diosgenin.

Supplement Facts

DIRECTIONS: Food Supplement. Take one tablet daily with a little water.

PRODUCT INFORMATION: 1 tablet provides 50mg 10:1 Mexican Wild Yam (dioscorea villosa) extract, standardised to yield 16% diosgenin, equivalent to 500mg whole dried root.
