Suggested Use
For the most effective results, dissolve 1-3 cups into a warm bath or foot bath and soak for a minimum of 30 minutes. The temperature of the water should be warm (101°F to 105° F) rather than hot for the best absorption into the skin. After the bath, rinse skin with cool running water. Dab skin dries with a towel and applies a natural moisturizer.Other Ingredients
