Use 2 servings a day. On training days: 1st serving: 30 minutes before breakfast, 2nd serving 30 minutes before training, 3rd serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1st serving: 30 minutes before breakfast, 2nd between meals or at bedtime. The preparation should be washed down with water in an amount of 200 - 300 ml.
